Delivery

Unlike our competitors, all of our products are owned and shipped by us and NOT dispatched from warehouses outside of Australia and New Zealand. We aim to have fulfilment complete and orders processed for delivery within 24-48 hours.

Once orders are processed shipping within Australia will generally be between 3-6 business days depending on the region.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return on a faulty product.

Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it in and in the original packaging. You must have proof of purchase. We cannot offer a refund due to change of mind.

Pet beds are eligible for an exchange if the size is wrong or a faulty item is received. We do not accept returns on Memory Foam Beds once the seal has been broken.
